How to Read a Rate: Flexible, Saver, and What Included Means
Rate names are marketing; the conditions underneath them are not. A plain reading of what each rate commits you to before you press confirm.

Two Rates, One Real Question
Nearly every rate reduces to a single trade: how much certainty are you buying, and what does it cost. Our flexible rate can be changed or cancelled without charge up to forty-eight hours before arrival. Our saver rate is cheaper and non-refundable from the moment it is confirmed. Everything else is presentation.
When the Saver Rate Is the Right Choice
Take the saver rate when the trip is genuinely fixed: a wedding, a booked conference, a flight you cannot move. The discount is real and there is no reason to pay for flexibility you will not use. Take it only when you would honestly rather lose the money than change the date.

What Forty-Eight Hours Actually Means
Our cancellation window closes at 6:00 PM local time two days before the arrival date, not forty-eight hours before your expected check-in. It is a small distinction that costs guests money at other hotels, so we state the deadline as a date and a time on the confirmation rather than as a duration.
Included Is a Specific Word
When we say breakfast is included, it means the full menu rather than a continental subset, for every guest on the booking, with no restriction beyond service hours. Where something is included with suites and chargeable on rooms, the booking page says which. Anything described as complimentary on arrival is a gift, not a rate feature.
The Charges That Are Not in the Rate
City tax is set by the municipality, charged per person per night, and cannot be folded into a room rate by law. Parking, transfers, and spa treatments are extras. There is no resort fee, no service charge added at checkout, and no charge for early arrival when the room happens to be ready.
Read the Confirmation, Not the Search Result
The search result is a summary; the confirmation email is the contract. It carries the rate name, the deadline, the total including tax, and the cancellation terms in full. If those four things are not on it, from any hotel, ask for a corrected one before you travel.
