What Booking Direct Gets You That an Aggregator Cannot
Comparison sites are excellent at finding a price and poor at everything that happens afterwards. Here is what actually changes when you book with the hotel itself.

The Price Is Rarely the Difference
Rate parity means the headline number on a comparison site is usually the number you would see on our own booking page. The difference is not what you pay; it is what the booking knows about you, and how much can still be changed once it is confirmed. That distinction becomes obvious the moment a plan shifts.
A Booking That Carries Context
When you book with us directly, the notes you write travel with the reservation. An anniversary, a late flight, a preference for a firmer pillow, a wheelchair-accessible bathroom: all of it reaches the front desk before you do. Through a third party, most of that context is stripped out or arrives as an unread free-text field.

Changes Without an Intermediary
If your plans move, a direct booking can be adjusted in a single conversation. Through an aggregator, the same change requires us to contact them, them to contact you, and a confirmation to travel back down the chain. Nothing about that is faster, and it is the main reason guests call us in frustration during a delay.
Upgrades Are Discretionary, Not Automatic
No hotel guarantees an upgrade, and any that does is selling you one. What is true is that when a better room is free on the night, the front desk allocates it, and they allocate it to reservations they can see, understand, and contact. Direct bookings are simply more visible at that moment.
Cancellation Terms You Can Read
Our flexible rate can be changed or cancelled without charge up to forty-eight hours before arrival, and the saver rate is non-refundable. Both are shown in full before you confirm, in the same sentence structure, without a link to a separate terms page. If a rate needs three screens to explain, that is information in itself.
What We Do Not Do
We do not run countdown timers, invent scarcity, or show you how many people are supposedly viewing a room. If a room is available, it is available. If it is not, the page says so. A booking process should reduce anxiety rather than manufacture it.
