A calm, step-free room with a wide doorway, a level-access wet room, and nothing in the way of anything.
The Polaris was designed as an accessible room rather than adapted into one, and the difference is in the measurements. Doorways are eighty-five centimetres throughout, the bed sits at forty-eight, and there is a full turning circle beside it and again in the bathroom. The route from the street runs step-free the whole way, including the lift threshold, without passing through the restaurant.

The wet room is level-access with a fold-down seat and transfer space on both sides, and the basin and mirror are set for seated use. We hold vibrating pillow alarms and visual fire alerts, and the room connects to a standard double for anyone travelling with a companion or carer. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in opens at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure can usually be arranged. Mention it when you book and we will hold the room wherever availability allows.
Is breakfast included with this room?
Breakfast is included with every suite and can be added to any room at the time of booking. It is the full menu rather than a continental subset, served for every guest on the reservation.
Can you arrange parking and airport transfers?
Yes. On-site parking and private airport transfers can be arranged at booking or any time before arrival. Give us the flight number rather than the landing time and we will track it, so a delay adjusts the pickup automatically.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel?
Every room and public area runs on a symmetric business line with a separate guest network, and each room also has a wired ethernet point for anyone who would rather not trust wireless before a presentation.
Are pets allowed?
Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere in the building, including the restaurant. Other pets can be accommodated in selected ground-floor rooms by prior arrangement. Please ask before you book rather than on arrival.
